HonorSociety.org Launches Leadership, Values and Benefits Program

Program Overview

As of January 2016, all HonorSociety.org chapters will be required to participate in the Leadership, Values and Benefits Program (LVBP). Each month, the chapter board members will train its members on leadership skills and the values and benefits of HonorSociety.org. The purpose of this program is to ensure that all members are trained on leadership skills that will allow them to be great leaders both in the classroom and in the workplace. This program also ensures that HonorSociety.org members are representing the core values of the society, and that they are informed and able to take part in all of the benefits that HonorSociety.org promises its members

Trainings

Each month, chapter presidents receive from the HonorSociety.org National Office, a training program and outline that they will teach to their chapter members. This training provides structure for the chapter meetings to ensure that their time is being spent productively.

The trainings throughout the semester are reviewed and approved by the National Office. Chapter board members are held accountable by the National Office and submit a form of participation at the end of the each training. This allows the National Office to ensure that all HonorSociety.org chapters are held to the highest honor society standards.
